Nightmares

Every night it’s the same.

I see your face in every dark corner of my dreamland,

Holding my romantic judgement captive.

Unable to vanquish you or your memory,

I go through all the emotions,

The knife plunges deep into my heart…

The tears pour from the ducts of my eyes drowning me in its salty sea….

And all you do is watch.
